January 24, 2021 – TowerNorth Development LLC (“TowerNorth”), a wireless infrastructure developer, announces a new brand identity as part of a recent strategic recapitalization with Audax Private Equity (“Audax”), Stone-Goff Partners (“Stone-Goff”) and Wincove Private Holdings (“Wincove”).
TowerNorth, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, owns and operates wireless infrastructure in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. The business recently launched a new brand identity that speaks to TowerNorth’s day-to-day objectives and alignment with carrier and landlord customers. The recent recapitalization positions the business to scale and support carrier build-to-suit objectives by building and expanding development teams in strategic geographies.
TowerNorth was founded by Josh Delman, Chief Executive Officer, and Bert Stern, Chief Development Officer in 2011 as an affiliated organization to the professional services firm Centerline Communications LLC (“Centerline”). The two firms will be run independently but will maintain a close relationship as the convergence of services and infrastructure within the industry continues. Wincove and Stone-Goff originally invested in Tower North in 2017 and will remain investors in the business alongside Audax and management.
Josh Delman, Founder and CEO of TowerNorth and Centerline, said “We are excited to create this path for TowerNorth as the business continues to grow and expand. The recent investment from Audax and rebranding of TowerNorth are an important step in the continued evolution and independence of the business. We look forward to maximizing new partnerships to better scale to meet our customer objectives, while continuing to leverage the Centerline services platform.”
“We are excited to announce the launch of the new TowerNorth brand identity”, stated Bert Stern, Chief Development Officer of TowerNorth. “With the investment from Audax and continued support from Wincove and Stone-Goff, we look forward to further supporting our carrier customers here in the U.S. and abroad.”
